NO ROOM HIRE CHARGE

WEDDINGS, BARMITZVAHS, BATMITZVAHS, BIRTHDAYS

and any other occasion

COST: £68 Per Person plus 10% service charge

Includes: 45 minute reception in our bar area where you will be served with Prosecco cocktails, basic spirits or beer (receptions which overrun the 45 minutes will be charged extra)

Canapés, (fish and vegetarian).

3 Course menu: With a choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses, one dessert (trio).

Your guests will have to choose their starters and main course at least 10 days prior your party.

Coffee and chocolates

Our French Table wine, red and white, half bottle per person, mineral water and soft drinks. 

We will print your place cards and table plan at no extra charge.

Chair covers and ribbons extra at £2.80 per chair plus vat.

White linen included. Colours can be supplied at an extra charge.

TV screens are located in all rooms where we can supply a presentation or scan your old photos in for a slide show both free of charge.

PA systems with radio microphones, iPod/iPad connections in both rooms.

We will manage and run your event 

20% VAT is included, there is a 10% service charge.

Any spirits from the bar during the meal and after your meal will be charged.

Our MEZZANINE ROOM holds up to 70 people for a sit down meal.

Anything up to 100 for an Informal drinks party with an option of finger food at         £17.50 per person. Hot and cold Buffet at £38 per person                                       plus 12.5% service charge

We can also offer “FOOD ONLY“ at £38 per person within our MEZZANINE ROOM or MAIN DINING ROOM, all food and drinks plus 12.5% service charge will be charged on your total bill.

Our RESTAURANT (Main Dining Room) holds up to 150 Sit-down or 200 Informal.

Should you wish to HIRE the HAVEN EXCLUSIVELY we can cater for up to 300 people.

We also cater for more informal functions serving finger food and bowl food, prices on application.

We POSSESS a WEDDING or PARTNERSHIP License.

We have EXCELLENT contacts regarding DISCOS, BANDS, PHOTOGRAPHERS and VIDEO ETC.
