Starters

1.(v) Roasted celeriac soup, toasted chestnuts

  1. (v) breaded goats cheese, rocket, redcurrant jelly
  2. Crispy duck & watermelon salad, watercress, cashew nuts, sweet chilli & plum dressing

  3. Deep fried tempura prawns with plum sauce

5.(vegan) Wild mushrooms, chestnuts and chicory tart

  1. Smoked salmon, avocado & tomato timbale

Main Courses

  1. Roast Turkey with Sage & Chestnut Stuffing and Traditional Garnish
  2. Pan fried fillet of sea bass, crushed potatoes, pumpkin puree & pea veloute
  3. Pan fried hake, bak choi, crushed Winter vegetables, roasted fennel & gremolata
  4. Braised English lamb shank, herb mash, mirepoix
  5. Confit duck leg, potato croquettes, red cabbage, madeira gravy
  1. Chargrilled 8oz ribeye steak, grilled tomato & mushroom, chips, peppercorn sauce
  2. (vegan) Butternut squash, spinach and mushroom “Wellington”

(Vegetarians are also welcome to choose from our a la carte menu)

  1. Individual Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
  2. Chocolate and toffee brownie, chocolate sauce
  3. Haven warm Apple strudel with vanilla ice cream
