Soup of the day (v)

Confit duck leg terrine, mint jelly, cranberry coulis, toasted bread 

Hazelnut crushed goats cheese, artichoke, watercress, pickled mushroom 

Smoked salmon roulade with crème cheese, watercress, sesame seeds, horseradish mousse 

MAINS 

Pan fried fillet of sea bass, bubble potato cake, confit cherry tomatoes, medley of French beans & mange tout, lemon & parsley sauce 

Chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, feta cheese served with baby potatoes, wilted spinach, butternut squash 

Grilled lamb steak, garlic mash, buttered broccoli, rosemary jus 

Tortelloni in a creamy mushroom sauce
