MAINS:

Pan-fried fillet of sea bass, crushed potatoes, squash, bok choi, pea veloute

Roasted English rack of lamb, Hasselback potatoes, Mediterranean vegetables, lamb jus

Cornfed chicken breast with potato & broccoli mousse,

courgette croquette, spinach & red wine jus

10 oz grilled rib eye steak, hand cut chips, grilled tomato, portobello mushroom,

green pepper corn sauce

(V) Wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil
